We’re seeking a freelance Project Manager to support our growth and scale-up.

We’re looking for a project manager to manage a large women’s leadership programme for a major global organisation. 

The programme is a sophisticated learning programmes which blend face to face delivery, coaching, learner led events and E learning. In practice this means knitting together many complex moving parts into a seamless and effective participant experience - and this requires thoughtful planning and execution.

Do you bring: 

• Proven project management skills, including creating and monitoring project plans, project risk identification and project budget management

• Experience of working in complex, collaborative environments, with multiple partners and stakeholders

• Experience of working for small, agile, lean businesses where you need to be resourceful, creative and responsive

• A combination of ability to see the big picture, understanding how complex moving parts fit together, seeing what’s ahead and pre-empting what needs to be done next

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Strong client focus and the ability to handle senior and diverse clients in a personalised way which builds trust and loyalty

• Flexibility, agility and the ability to multi-task, work under pressure and keep multiple pieces moving at the same time

• Strong problem-solving skills and a sense of personal ownership, with a collaborative style

• Comfortable working with ambiguity and a love of creating order

• Lead with yes! Our clients are demanding and expect us to find solutions, not tell them the problems, we need our team to do the same

• Tech savvy including being proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint), used to working with team document sharing systems (e.g. Dropbox) and used to working via video technology such as Zoom / Google Hangouts

• Commitment to Catalyst Collective purpose, values and ways of working

• Willingness to work flexibly i.e. to deadlines with particular projects and responsively to client and team needs, not a fixed day per month/ week?
