Hi we’re Katy and Fi, the founders of Catalyst Collective and creators of Confidence Cocktail. We are passionate about helping female leaders to step up in the world, and this means helping close the confidence gap.
We have 20 years' experience of leading in the consulting, health, humanitarian and financial services sectors, and now run our own businesses as coaches, facilitators and organisational consultants. We've worked with 100s of women from 35 different countries.
We believe that purpose driven, compassionate, ethical leaders (that’s YOU!) need to step up to new ways of leading with confidence, resilience and courage, and we want to help resource you to do that!
