Dear [your manager’s name],

I’ve discovered Catalyst Collective’s EDIB Leaders Programme, a resource dedicated to equipping EDIB leaders to upskill, step up and sustain leadership and impact.

I’d love to participate [add personal reason why]. It starts in October 2023 and runs for 6 months till March 2024.

I think this will be an excellent opportunity for me to deepen my personal resilience, elevate my EDIB leadership skills and network with like-minded EDIB leaders (in non competing organisations) with similar leadership roles and experiencing similar challenges.

In addition to strengthening my EDIB leadership and resilience I’ll also learn skills to increase my confidence and fluency, extend my influence, avoid overwhelm and burnout, which will help me sustain my leadership. [You can talk about your organisation’s commitment to ESG goals, EDIB targets and mandate and their commitment to resourcing and sustaining this work.]

This will enable me to deliver [add your key project milestones, stakeholder engagement, organisational buy-in, key impact measures].

As part of this programme I’ll also have access to best practice from a group of like minded peers.
